The Revel Seasonal Residences program allows you the opportunity to live part-time at any Revel community for up to six months. Go soak up the sun in Scottsdale during the winter or escape the heat and explore Lodi wine country for the summer.
We make it easy – pick where and when you want to go, and we’ll have a fully furnished apartment ready for you to move in. You’ll enjoy the Revel lifestyle, dining experiences and amenities while creating new friends and memories.

How do I sign up?
Current and non-Revel residents can participate in Revel Seasonal Residences. Please contact the community’s business office director or executive director to explore your options.
How far in advance do I need to sign up for this program?
We recommend current residents sign up as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Non-Revel residents must provide at least six weeks advance notice. Available apartments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
What is included in the apartment?
At your seasonal residence community, you will move into a fully furnished, one-bedroom apartment. Your home will include everything you need, from comfortable and stylish furniture to pots and pans and linens.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes!
When can I stay at a seasonal residence?
You can choose to stay at any Revel community any time for either 3 or 6 months per year.
How much does this cost?
Cost will vary by community. If you are currently a resident, you will receive 25% discounted rent at your home community as well as a 10% discount on your desired seasonal Revel residence.
How do I pay for on-site dining at my seasonal residence?
If you are currently a resident, your existing meal point balance will remain at your home community and a new meal point balance of 600 base points will be established at your seasonal residence to be used during your stay. Non-Revel residents will enjoy the standard 600 base meal points during the stay at their desired seasonal residence.
